Owner
Mark Harber worked for McCahill H.V.A.C. Inc for over 25 years until he started his own company in November 2013 with the support of Bob and Cindy McCahill. Mark enjoys racing off-road in Baja and spending time with his family.

Juan Esparza worked for McCahill H.V.A.C. Inc for 15 years until he transitioned to be with Harber Heating and Air (2013). He is a long standing lead installer.

Eduardo Macias worked for McCahill H.V.A.C. Inc for 10 years before he transitioned over to Harber Heating and Air (2013). Eduardo's friends and family call him Chima. He is a long standing lead installer.
